The stay was quite comfortable and the location was a significant highlight. It's just a short walk to Place Garibaldi and the Old Town, making it easy to explore the vibrant local culture. The staff were accommodating when we needed assistance with our luggage after check-out, which was appreciated. it was a nice place to stay as we enjoyed our time in the area, but some aspects, like the bathroom amenities, could use improvement.

Great hotel! Very nice location - a few steps away Place Massena, Gallery Lafayette, excellent restaurant La Boudoir (reservation is mandatory!), a wonderful bakery where we bought fresh pastries for breakfast. Also a few minutes on foot to the Promenade, the beaches and the Old Town. The bus from the airport is just a few minutes away. We had a superior double room with courtyard windows. The room is spacious enough, all amenities are available. There's no view, of course, but absolute silence. There's no sound from the street when the windows are closed. The air conditioning works well. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are soft. Breakfast wasn't taken, we used the kettle in the room. Every day they add two bags of tea and two bags of sugar. In shop U on the next street they bought packed coffee and tea, baguettes and cakes from the bakery. Breakfast costs 10 euros at the hotel, but we didn't take it. The hotel has an elevator. Everything is very tidy. The reception is open all the time. The staff is nice. Excellent value for money.
Periodically weak water pressure in the sink (the shower is fine). Old-fashioned keys with a key fob are asked to be delivered to reception every time you leave the hotel.

hotel is beautifully located... Everything is close by - Place Massena, Lafayette Gallery, Jean Medsen pedestrian street, Park Promenade du Pyon, Old Town... It only takes 10 minutes to reach the English Promenade and beach... There's a bus and tram stop outside the hotel... hotel has a very polite and responsive staff. Waiva's manager helped us with everything. She speaks Russian very well and works almost every day. We can discuss with her any travel problems in Nice. Other staff at the hotel will also be happy to help if necessary... There are many booklets at the hotel desks, including timetables of tourist buses/steam trains, Wonder Trains, discounted booklets to the shops of the Galimar factory, offers of excursions, etc. Wi-Fi is free of charge. It works fine. On the second floor there is a breakfast room... We didn't really use the hotel's breakfast room. There are many wonderful cafes around. where you can have a delicious coffee and eat delicious and crispy croissant, We lived on the third floor of the hotel. room is small. cozy, On our family of 3 people there were two double beds. nightstands, wardrobe, table, TV, large mirror, Room is small, cozy, safe, there is an electric kettle, There are many sockets in the room. In the bathroom - washbasin... toilet, shower cabin, fridge. aC. room was cleaned daily... hotel is well located and for those who like to go shopping... Walked out of the hotel door... left across the street is the door to the gallery "Lafayette", Wrapped around the corner - Jean Madsen starts with her big and small shops... Crossed the Parc Promenade du Pyon and Old Town begins with its many temptations... There are so many different cafes. restaurants, To sum up. we like the hotel - modest but clean, cozy and peaceful,
I liked it.

Perfect location! The old town and the beach are within five minutes walking distance. In a minute's walk there is Massena Square and the shopping center Gallery Lafoiet. Also very close by is a large Monoprix supermarket and many different cafes and restaurants. Close by is a park with a playground and an inkjet fountain, where children are constantly frolicking. Now for the hotel itself. The rooms are cozy and clean, interesting old elevators, where the second door does not automatically open - just like in old movies:) rooms are quite small, of course, but cozy ... I liked the price/quality ratio. Although by "quality" more means convenient location.
Very dirty balcony. It feels like it never gets washed at all. Well, it would be nice to sit on it... It was very humid in the room. Swimsuits and other things didn't dry at all... Sometimes the shower lived its life and could start dripping loudly. It was especially unpleasant at night, so we had to close the door to the bathroom.

Quaint little place just a block from the main square, well-presented rooms
Room felt cramped, not enough space to maneuver, bathroom amenities lacking

The hotel is very well located. It is in the heart of the hotel, from where you can walk to the old town and to all kinds of cafes on the pedestrian streets in five minutes. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. From the airport there is a direct bus number 52 (1.5 euros per person). Stop in 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast - eggs boiled and fried "shurum-broom", hot sausages, slices of meat and cheese, salted cucumbers, toasts, croissants, muffins, jams and yogurts. . The room makes a very pleasant impression, quite spacious... Cleaning and towel changes were done every day... Be sure to consider this hotel in Nice next time we choose it first.
Didn't immediately check into the requested room. We asked for the top floor overlooking the street. First they gave us a grimy courtyard room on the wrong floor. Then they said it was occupied, then they found a room just like we asked for... The outside door in the elevator has to be opened manually... The fridge in the room wasn't adjustable in power. It ended up freezing all the food... The interior of the room in some places asks for cosmetic repairs (the joints between the tiles in the toilet, the front door is difficult to open), but not critical. It would be nice to add a hygienic shower in the toilet... Otherwise - no complaints.

The very warm welcome from the reception staff. The size of our huge room, and the breakfast was plentiful and good value for money.
The interior is very basic.

Heaps good location close to everything, but the bathroom felt a bit musty and plug sockets near the bed were missing. Staff were super friendly, though!
